Dilapidated and dying the “Once Proud Lady” in 2004 - Clinton Engines Headquarters building as it was in October 2004. The photo was taken before acquisition but after some initial cleanup was allowed to the JCHS membership by the City of Maquoketa. The end was indeed near for her.
